Spicy dried red chili are handpicked and roasted along with other ingredients to enhance the taste and aroma to sambar.
Uses:
-Gives rich flavor to Sambar.

Asafoedita, Cumin seeds, Coriander Seeds, Dried Red chili and Table Salt.

KULAMBU POWDER
How does it prepared?
Red chili, Chana dal, Corainder seeds and cumin seeds are dry roasted separately until aroma leaves out and grinded finely.
Uses:
Gives spicy and delicious taste to every kulambu recipes.

Asafoetida, Black Gram, Chana Dal, Corriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Dried Red Chili, Fenugreek Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Black Powder, Table Salt, and Turmeric Powder.

GARAM POWDER
How does it prepared?
The aroma rich whole spices are taken , dry roasted and grounded to powder to give strong flavor.
Uses:
Completes taste on every non-vegetarian meal.
Used for marinates and rubbed to flavor meat.
Can be sprinkled over every dishes at the end.
